DELIVERY: All orders are shipped within 5 hours of receipt. We use UPS and FedEx to deliver each of our orders.

Order tracking is will be provided to you. However, you may contact our customer support email at info@angelinadjs.com and we will let you know where your garment is and when it is scheduled to arrive.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your entire order and your location. You will have the opportunity to see your order’s shipping cost before finalizing your order.

 RETURNS: You may return any purchased item, with receipt, within 11 days of placing your order. However, we understand that our third-party carriers experience issues that are out of your control. If you are able to provide documentation that you received your item more than 11 days after you ordered it (very, very rare), we will accept the item if it is postmarked within 7 days of the date posted on such documentation.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Angelina is as simple as click-click-click. Simply browse our website and find the dress like. Then, click “add to cart.” Finally, at checkout, follow the easy-to-use, self-service steps to add your shipping and payment information. It’s that simple.

Can I return or exchange an item?

What if an item is defective?

Do you ship to multiple addresses? 

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship to one address per order at this time. If you would like to ship different items to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each address.

What if I didn’t receive my order but it shows up as delivered?

How do Angelina’s garments fit and is there a sizing chart I can reference?

Yes. When browsing our garments, there is a sizing chart available for each item for your convenience.

Is there anything I can do if the item I purchased is exactly what I ordered but I don’t like it in person?

Our gift cards may be used to purchase any item on our website as well as pay any applicable sales taxes on your order. They are good forever and do not expire.

Why are Angelina’s garments so expensive?

Angelina’s ready-to-wear line is very affordable and is priced to deliver quality, luxury garments at lower price points. Angelina’s couture line consists of one-of-a-kind, custom tailored pieces meant to be worn on those very special occasions. Celebrities often select them for red carpet events.

Does Angelina give back to the community?

As a part of our mission to make the world a better place, Angelina is dedicated to giving back. We work with a number of nonprofit organizations that provide services for the disadvantaged. Most notably, our Charity Collections raise funds for Our Children Our Future, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides clothing, food, school supplies, and toys to impoverished youths in the Cape Verde Islands.

What is the difference between “Ready to Wear” and “Couture”?

Our ready-to-wear dresses are luxurious, elegantly designed dresses that are designed by Angelina in her studio and produced in our Los Angeles manufacturing site. The fabric, fit, and quality are of the highest order for manufactured items and the entire process, step-by-step, is overseen by Angelina and her team.

Couture dresses are custom, one-of-a-kind creations constructed entirely by hand by Angelina and her design team. These pieces are almost entirely hand-sewn, with details and notions that are meant to make the wearer stand out in even the most exclusive setting.
